Many of our guests prefer a quiet elopement-type wedding, sometimes just the couple, and at other times with family and close friends. Others opt for more elaborate and formal ceremonies. In the past we have flown 70 or more guests in for the event. To celebrate afterwards, you may choose champagne on the beach whilst the photographer captures the moment followed by a romantic gourmet candle-lit dinner for two in the Garden Restaurant. For larger occasions you can book the beautiful banquet facility next to the Pelican Pool with pre-dinner cocktails on the terrace and your own band to dance away the night as they play your favorite selections. Long Bay is more than a lovely resort in a beautiful setting. The cuisine has a delicious range local produce and international fare. A large and eclectic selection of wines and champagne are perfect to toast the occasion.
